A one-shot MIDI generator built for flow and variation. Outputs notes within a defined range, sequential, random, or skipped. Velocity, duration, and interval randomness create organic motion and expressive density. In loop mode, Dots runs continuously, ideal for ambient or evolving rhythmic layers. Powered by gen~, it delivers ultra-fast precision with intervals down to 1.5 ms. While it doesn’t generate chords, its dense streams form chord-like textures and harmonics in motion. Presentation Mode visualizes generated notes in yellow and skipped ones in blue, mapping velocity and duration in real time. Click for single-shot. Hold for loop. The trigger can be modulated, allowing direct LFO integration.
