The purchaser of the product is entitled to download the software as often as needed.

Multiple Installations

If acquired as an individual, you have the license to install and employ the software on any computer required for your use, provided it is uninstalled before selling the computer.


Unauthorized distribution of the software is strictly prohibited without the explicit permission of the developer. No authorization is granted for the redistribution of the software as part of another software program, including video games, DAWs, etc.


Installation of this software implies acceptance of its use at your own risk. The developer is not liable for any damages resulting from its usage.


Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not accepted once the software has been downloaded, except in cases of severe bugs.


The software, along with all trade secrets, copyrights, and intellectual property rights, is owned by Kengo Suzuki.
